Registration for the Fall dance season has begun. Space permitting, registration may be taken for ages 7 & up until January of the current dance year; and for ages 3-6 right up until March.

Steps to register:
1. Review the current schedule of classes, choosing your preferred classes and noting the Class Number.
2. Email or phone LCSD to ensure there is still room; and to tally tuition cost, including discounts. Contact info here.
3. Complete the registration form below.
4. Or register in person!
5. Waiver must be signed and returned in person or by fax (250-766-0643) in addition to the online acceptance.

Payment and the waiver must be received to hold a spot.

General Policies: PLEASE READ and ACKNOWLEDGE
  • Registration must be accompanied by tuition paid in full (monthly credit card or post-dated cheques may be acceptable); otherwise, additional service fees are applied. Students who do not remit full tuition must pay first and last month up front, and will be subject to late charges and dismissal for non-payment. There is also a one-time per year $20 registration and SOCAN license fee.

  • Tuition is based on the entire dance year and is non-refundable unless a trial period is agreed upon.

  • All tuition, costume fees and/or any other outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to the release of costumes and/or performance tickets and/or photos, etc. "

  • Costume fees, competition/festival fees, and performance tickets are non-refundable.

  • LCSD reserves the right to charge a withdrawal fee of a MINIMUM of one month’s tuition.

  • By way of your acknowledgment here, you authorize LCSD to use photos of your child/student for promotional purposes.

  • LCSD requests that each student consult with a physician with respect to any past or present illness or injury that may affect his/her participation in and ability to endure the exercise, dance, or acrobatic program.

  • If there are medical conditions that may affect the student’s ability to participate in dance, please indicate at the bottom of this form.

  • Non-compliance with the policies of LCSD may result in the dismissal of a student and/or family.

I, acknowledge that I have read these General Policies, that I understand them, and have/will comply. I agree to be solely responsible for any and all costs, damages, and expenses incurred by me and/or my child as a result of any injury sustained from participation in any classes taken at LCSD.
